When booking from CruiseDirect, you will have to pay gratuities, US$17 (~€15) per day, while with Travel-Dealz, gratuities are included in the price.

The Route
The MSC World Europa offers two routes in the Caribbean that vary each week. The Eastern Caribbean route stops in Puerto Plata, San Juan, and MSC’s private island, Ocean Cay. This route has one more day of sailing than the Eastern Caribbean route. The Western Caribbean route also visits Ocean Cay but includes three stops: Roatán, Costa Maya, and Cozumel, Mexico. you can also book a 14-day itinerary with both sailing or if the price is cheaper you can book two separate cruises and do a back-to-back but you may have to change your stateroom on the day you are in Miami.
